Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Number Sliding Puzzle PvP mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Number Sliding Puzzle PvP is a real-time 1v1 puzzle game where players compete to arrange numbered tiles in order. The game features:

  • Real-time PvP matchmaking
  • Combo attack system (Cloud, Vanish, Shuffle)
  • Glicko-2 rating and tier system
  • Time Attack solo mode
  • Global leaderboards
  • Social features (friends, match history)

3. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You may not use another person's account without permission.
  • You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing, harassing, or cheating.

4. Game Credits

  • Credits are the in-game currency used to enter PvP battles.
  • Free credits are provided regularly. Additional credits may be earned by watching rewarded ads.
  • Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, hack, or use any unauthorized software or modification that gives an unfair advantage.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the game.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  • Attempt to disrupt the game servers or network.
  • Use the app for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the app.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and assets in the App are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Any nickname or avatar image you upload must:

  • Not contain offensive, obscene, or illegal content.
  • Not impersonate another person or entity.
  • Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Specific matchmaking results or outcomes.
  • Permanent retention of game data.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will notify users of material changes to these Terms within the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
