This Privacy Policy describes how Number Sliding Puzzle PvP ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you sign in, we collect:
- Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple: Email address and display name.
Authentication is managed by Firebase Authentication (Google).
1.2 Game Data
When you play, we store:
- Match history: Opponents, results, and timestamps.
- Ratings & statistics: Your Glicko-2 rating, tier, wins, losses, and ranking.
- Gameplay data: Move counts, combo counts, and completion times.
- In-game profile: Nickname and avatar image you choose.
1.3 Device Information
- Device identifiers: Used for analytics, ad attribution, and crash reporting.
- Feedback messages: Any messages you submit through the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide real-time matchmaking and PvP game services.
- To calculate and display ratings, tiers, and rankings.
- To display relevant advertisements.
- To diagnose and fix crashes and errors.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To improve app features based on usage patterns.

3.1 Advertising
We display ads through Unity Ads. The ad SDK may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad serving and measurement. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
3.2 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 26+, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and Amazon Web Services.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access is restricted: only your authenticated account can read or write your own data.

To delete your account and all associated data, use the account deletion option in the app's settings, or contact us.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party service providers listed in Section 3, solely for the purpose of operating the app.
7. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Correct inaccurate information (e.g., update your nickname or avatar).
- Opt out of personalized advertising.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you within the app when significant changes occur.
